Rumor Control: DC and Marvel

Clarifying a couple things:

1. So the news is out that I am writing some comics for Marvel.  A lot of people are phrasing it as I’ve “signed with” Marvel, which is not to say that I signed an exclusive or anything like that.  I’m freelancing for them as I still am with DC and with Dark Horse, and probably others.

2. Speaking of DC, the headline of that recent CBR interview stated outright that I have “left” DC.  That’s not really true… I like DC and I have a lot of friends there and I truly hope the stars align again so I can do some more Vertigo work.  As I said before, the only people in this situation who seem to be shutting doors is the DCU… and in my face.  I have no idea why, but there you go.
